The Command Hall fell silent as everyone watched the Jambudvipa Rift on the giant screen.
After a brief daze, Kate quickly came to her senses and shouted, "Deploy the Mecha troops stationed on the ground immediately! At the same time, notify General Puller and have his squad head to the docking bay and prepare for battle!"
The moment these orders were issued, a wave of exclamations rang out in the Command Hall.
"Look! Something's coming out of the rift!"
"It's a gate! I see it—it's a gate, the Jambudvipa Gate just like before!"
Hearing this, Kate's heart sank.
She hurriedly looked toward the giant screen. Sure enough, just as everyone had said, a massive gate emerged from the Jambudvipa Rift.
Symbols filled with an unmistakable Eastern style were engraved across the gate.
At that moment, all the symbols began to shine brilliantly. Then, with a creak, the gate slowly opened.
As the enormous gate opened, wind blew out from within, and something slowly drifted down in the breeze.
Kate soon saw that it was a feather.
A black feather!
It gleamed with a deep black sheen!
A name flashed through her mind.
The Fallen Ones!
Sure enough, after the Jambudvipa Gate opened, a huge black shadow flew out from within.
There were three figures in total, and they landed in different parts of Freedom City.
The lights on the ground immediately illuminated them. What appeared on the screen were not giant beasts, but giants!
They had varied appearances, both male and female.
Yet all of them had pale skin, with a pair of black wings spread behind their backs.
They were Fallen Angels!
Or rather, the Black Wing Tribe!
Looking at the three Fallen Ones on the giant screen, Kate drew in a sharp breath.
They really were the Fallen
