Take on the responsibility!
Hearing Anna's words, the communications channel suddenly fell silent.
A moment later, Iwinny said breathlessly, "You're right, Commander."
"We can't keep troubling our allies."
"We have to try facing the problem ourselves, too."
Demi said hoarsely, "But that's Fafnir we're talking about. Can we really deal with it?"
Anna looked over. The ugly reptile had already begun entering the city. It made no attempt to avoid the buildings, forcing its way in with an intimidating presence.

Iwinny also spoke up. "Now that you mention it, I find it strange too. Why is Fafnir covered in ice spikes? It doesn't look like it normally does."
Anna took a close look. Sure enough, as Iwinny had said, Fafnir was covered in ice spikes.
Moreover, its skin was a lifeless gray, and a faint Cold Qi seeped from its entire body. It looked just like a walking corpse.
Most importantly, there was no light in Fafnir's eyes.
The giant dragon's pupils were gray-white, its gaze dull, and its movements sluggish. It looked exactly like a corpse crawling forward.
Demi asked in a small voice, "Could Fafnir already be dead?"
A sudden thought flashed through
