Because of Li Binhong, the atmosphere at the banquet was predictably awkward.
After Luo Yan arrived, Li Binhong finally showed up.
But as soon as he entered and saw Luo Yan wearing both a mask and a cloak, he frowned unconsciously, disgust flickering in his eyes.

Li Binhong immediately claimed that he was feeling unwell and left early, leaving Gong Shou in an awkward position.
And so the banquet ended hastily.
Gong Shou, at least, saw things through. After the banquet, he personally escorted Luo Yan back to the inn.
"I'm truly sorry, Mister Luo."
"Mister Li was unwell and left early. I apologize to you on his behalf."
Luo Yan shook his head, looked seriously at the man, and said, "The world is vast. There's nowhere you can't go."
