Loki and the other superhumans were trapped in the Dark Space, where the darkness dragged them away one by one. After her grenades failed, Loki offered to betray Freedom Wings by revealing the location of a Seaborne Base, and a young female voice questioned whether she could be trusted.

• Black arms dragged Colonel Pruhler and Jane back into the Dark Space after Loki followed them out.
• Freeman tried to light their surroundings and lead the superhumans in opening a breach, but the darkness consumed one of them.
• The darkness swallowed Freeman and then attacked the remaining superhumans as their powers failed to open an escape route.
• Loki threw her Nether Titanium Grenades into the darkness, but they had no effect.
• Loki shouted that she would surrender and offered the coordinates of a Freedom Wings Seaborne Base, prompting a young female voice to ask how she could trust her.

Loki abandoned Freedom Wings and lured Pulle away by disguising himself as Jia Miao, setting up a fight against Armor of the Gods. As Zhang Tianyi and Pan Xing confronted Major Fortes, the Headless General attacked Pulle with the help of a flame-filled stone dragon.
