Luo Yan used his Innate Resonator ability to take control of Ink City and turn the battle in Water Tiger Camp’s favor, then waited for the pilot Lou Zhen to approach him. Lou Zhen killed Bu Wen in a burst of rage and offered Mister Red Ghost a plan to protect the camp from Kunlun Group.
