The Blue Robe Man ran alone to the passage exit, gasping for breath. He grabbed a hanging vine and rapidly climbed upward.

"Damn it!" the Blue Robe Man cursed, coming to a realization. The green-haired man must have tampered with the vines beforehand. Without the green-haired man's control, no one else could use these vines to leave.
Still, he did not panic. His fist wrapped in earthy-yellow energy, he punched heavily at the wall, trying to make indentations and climb his way up. But he discovered that the stone wall was unbelievably hard and could not be broken at all.
His expression darkened slightly, but the Blue Robe Man had not completely lost hope. He glanced toward the depths of the passage, then raised his head and shouted toward the tunnel entrance, "Tang Ke! Tang Ke!"
The brown-haired man who had remained aboveground quickly appeared. He looked down at him and asked in confusion, "What happened? Why are you the only one? Where are the others?"
"The others all died. I'm the only one who survived. Don't waste time—use your Wood Magic to pull me up. The vines Dom left behind can't be used now."
"Fine." The brown-haired man did not waste words. With a flick of his arm, a gray vine sprouted and hung down into the passage.
The Blue Robe Man grabbed the vine and quickly climbed upward. As he climbed, he could feel a powerful pulling force in the air, trying to bind him to the ground. It was clearly the effect of the Anti-Air Spell. Fortunately, he was strong enough.
