The war had been declared on July 11, and the formal ceasefire and treaty signing took place on October 26—a total of exactly three and a half months.
Over those three and a half months, the situation across the entire continent had been turned upside down. The Soma Alliance, the Truth Society, and the Sika Kingdom had all undergone tremendous changes.
First came the Soma Alliance—after preparing for so long and paying such a heavy price, with Richard's help, the Soma Alliance had finally achieved the true objective behind launching the war: destroying the Truth Society.
With the Truth Society destroyed, the Alliance naturally had no reason to continue the war.
