A Story

Time moved forward a little.

Outside the woods where the ancient castle stood, Bobobo Wei Qi dropped from the sky with a soft bang.

He swept his gaze around, confirming that no one was nearby. With a rustle, he pulled a map from his robes, unfolded it, and examined its contents.

Several locations near Galan City were marked on it. Most had been crossed out, leaving only the last one circled.

After studying it for a while, Bobobo Wei Qi nodded, put the map away, and stared intently into the woods. Narrowing his eyes, he muttered to himself, "If I'm not mistaken, the temporary base of that organization called the Truth Society is inside. Then let me take a good look at what this Truth Society is trying to do."

With that, Bobobo Wei Qi headed into the woods. But before he had taken more than a few steps, a roar erupted from the center of the forest, followed by flashes of spell-colored lights.

What's that?!

Startled, Bobobo Wei Qi could not help but prepare to rush forward.

But reason stopped him. After thinking it over, he cast several spells to conceal his aura and carefully approached bit by bit.

Bit by bit, bit by bit, and then a little more...

At last, Bobobo Wei Qi reached the scene where the sounds had originated. There, he saw an ancient castle. Its exterior was covered in signs of battle, clearly indicating that a fierce fight had erupted here.

What was strange, however, was that not a single corpse had been left behind. There was only an absurdly huge black stone piled there.

What was going on?

Bobobo Wei Qi glanced at the enormous black stone, filled with confusion. After pondering for a long time, he shifted his gaze toward the castle.
