Horrifying Scene

After staring blankly for a moment, Bobobo Wei Qi spoke.

He glanced in the direction Richard had left, somewhat uneasy. "No, I need to go take a look with him. What if something really happened?"

Leaving those words behind, Bobobo Wei Qi leaped up. Like a nimble pigeon, he darted swiftly through the trees, chasing after Richard into the depths of the forest.

"Hey, why are you..." Heluo started to stop him, but before she could finish, Bobobo Wei Qi had vanished.

Heluo frowned, pursing her lips as she said, "Wasn't the mission clearly already complete? Why be so suspicious? Even if you are suspicious, you can't just decide to go back without warning. At least discuss it first. Now that both of you have gone back into the forest, am I supposed to return to the branch alone to turn in the mission?"

Heluo started walking toward the edge of the forest.

After taking a dozen or so steps, she slowly stopped. Her eyes shifted as though she were thinking. At last, she let out a breath, took a Crystal Ball from her robes, and operated it for a while to relay the current situation.

Afterward, she put away the Crystal Ball, turned around, and followed Richard and Bobobo Wei Qi's trail back into the depths of the forest.

Past the middle of the night, Richard, Bobobo Wei Qi, and Heluo, still remaining in stealth, returned together to the place where they had killed the Demonized Black Snakes. There, they witnessed an utterly shocking sight.
