Author's Thoughts on Finishing the Book and the New Book
The main storyline has come to an end.
I didn't write out every detail, but I don't think that was necessary. In any case, the resolution was bound to be beautiful.
If everything had been explained clearly, wouldn't that have left too little room for imagination? Of course, some details everyone is interested in will come out later in the form of side stories. Let Huan Yan rest for two days; the side stories will start updating after that.
Here, I want to thank all the readers and friends who supported Huan Yan and supported What to Do When I Suddenly Ascend. It was you who brought Huan Yan this far; it was you who walked through nearly a year of time together with Huan Yan.
It fell twenty days short of a year—3.53 million words, with an average of more than ten thousand words updated each day. This pace couldn't be considered slow, right?
Of course, I also have to thank my editor Qilin. Come to think of it, Qilin was the one who came up with the title, too.
And then, thanks to CCTV... Er, ahem.
While writing this book, I also encountered many helpless and bitter moments. The most depressing were the two times I fought for the monthly-ticket rankings. Both times, I was struck by double damage, and one of them even got forcibly GG'd for several days because of system issues...
Ah, but it's all in the past now. I believe the future will be even better!
