After handling documents for a while, Karatachi Yagura asked Genji, "Genji, do you think we should follow the daimyo's orders and attack Kumogakure?"
Looking at the youngest Mizukage in history, Genji considered for a moment before saying, "I think we should."
Karatachi Yagura raised a brow, a curious expression appearing on his face.
"Genji, what is your reason?"
Genji said in a deep voice, "Ever since the Third Mizukage, Kirigakure has stopped interacting with the outside world. Although the village's ninja still take on assassination missions, that income is merely a drop in the bucket for the entire village."
"If we lose the daimyo's support, the village will probably descend into civil unrest immediately."
After hearing Genji's reasoning, Karatachi Yagura sighed and asked, "Then how many people should we send to attack Kumogakure?"
"Why not send those ninja clans with Kekkei Genkai? It would be a good chance to weaken them."
Genji nodded. "Then let the Yuki Clan, Hozuki Clan, and Kaguya Clan send their ninja."
Unlike the other ninja villages, Kirigakure had always pursued a policy of isolation, with virtually no contact with the outside world.
