Uchiha Yuzuru and Orochimaru traveled to Ryūchi Cave to study its Sage Chakra cultivation method and develop a method for humans. After Manda recognized Yuzuru and Ichikishimahime greeted him as Emperor, Yuzuru recalled that Ryūchi Cave’s sage arts could transform cultivators.

• Orochimaru told Yuzuru that Jugo could absorb Nature Energy and suggested using his constitution to strengthen others, but Yuzuru said every Uchiha could cultivate Sage Chakra.
