The terrifying aspect of the power of laws was that one first condensed everything one saw and imagined into a single whole, then gathered it through the Great Dao and formed it into a law, allowing one to cut through all obstacles.
The mysterious power Lin Xuan encountered actually followed much the same principle. The only difference was that they gathered their thoughts and ideas into their own power, then sank all that power into their seas of consciousness and continuously cultivated it.
