After a quiet night...
After a full night of rest, the exploration party prepared to set out again.
"Okay, get ready to leave!"
At the campsite, Falan finished counting the supplies, nodded, raised his longsword, and called out to the others.
"Oh—!"
Everyone shouted in response.
The restraint they had shown the previous night was gone from their faces. In its place was a hint of relief and excitement.
Perhaps Falan had said something to them...
Moss was quite pleased to see them like this.
She could afford to relax a little during the mission ahead.
Moss followed Falan's footsteps, thinking to herself.
Early in the morning.
Still at the campsite, Falan took out the map during breakfast and said to the team members beside him:
"Today, we have to find the goblins' lair. We can't delay any longer."
"Yesterday's explosion killed so many goblins. It must have attracted the Goblin King's attention by now."
He spread the map on the ground, then placed the Marker Crystal on it.
The activated Marker Crystal rose into the air again, casting countless red points of light across the map.
Among the moving points of light, several locations caught Falan's attention.
"As expected, those goblins have gathered together!"
Excitement colored Falan's voice as he clenched his fist and struck his palm.
"There are three places..."
Moss stood to one side. Looking at the map on the ground, she raised her eyebrows in surprise.
At that moment, three locations on the map showed large clusters of red points of light.
There was no doubt that huge numbers of goblins had gathered in those places.
"Not just those. Look here, and here..."
Falan shook his head and pointed at several spots on the map.
Lizbea brought over breakfast and joined them in the discussion.
