"What caused the cracks in the Demon Sword?"
Chai Xu asked coldly.
Lin Bai sighed softly, recalling the broken halberd Bai Ling had held in the Haihan Demon Kingdom. He said indifferently, "I wonder if Senior Chai Xu has ever heard of the Poseidon Halberd?"
"A King-Grade Spirit Weapon—the Poseidon Halberd!"

Lin Bai sighed softly. "I did fight the Poseidon Halberd in the Haihan Demon Kingdom. However, it was a broken halberd, not the Poseidon Halberd in its complete form!"
Chai Xu nodded slightly upon hearing this. "No wonder. If you had truly fought the Poseidon Halberd, I'm afraid the Demon Sword wouldn't have merely developed cracks. It would probably have been destroyed outright!"
"You could say you had some luck, to have actually survived beneath a broken King-Grade Spirit Weapon."
A strange smile faintly appeared on Chai Xu's face.
Lin Bai took a deep breath. "Senior Chai Xu, let's not discuss that anymore. I wonder whether you can repair the Demon Sword. Of course, if Senior Chai Xu requires payment, then anything I, Dongfang Bai, can produce is open for discussion."
