Rules of the Martial Arts Competition!
The Martial Arts Arena was abuzz with voices, the clamor loud and grating.
Luo Wuling raised his two withered hands and gently pressed them downward. An invisible force swept through the Martial Arts Arena, suppressing the voices of everyone present.
