As far as the current Devil Realm and Spirit Realm were concerned, descendants possessing the rare Demon Race bloodlines of the Primordial Era were known as "Primordial Wilds Breeds."
The most distinctive feature of a Primordial Wilds Breed was its enormous size.
Regardless of what kind of Primordial Wilds Breed it was, its size far exceeded the understanding of martial artists in the current Devil Realm and Spirit Realm.
Even a "rabbit" might be larger than a mountain.
The five "monsters" that had appeared atop the peak before them were also far larger than humans, but overall, they were nowhere near as enormous as Primordial Wilds Breeds.
The largest was the monster with a bear's body and a snake's head, which stood over three zhang tall. The smallest was the flaming ape, which was even slightly shorter than a human.
The sizes of these monsters were clearly vastly different from those of true "Primordial Wilds Breeds."
That was because... the concentration of the ancient Demon Race blood in their bodies had already fallen extremely low, making it impossible for them to maintain such enormous bodies.
Therefore, they could no longer be called Primordial Wilds Breeds. They belonged to a level below Primordial Wilds Breeds, and calling them "ancient beasts" or "Primordial Ancient Beasts" was more fitting.
Of course, it was also possible that there simply was not much food in this cave abode, preventing them from growing. That was a possibility too!
But... even though the bloodlines of these "Primordial Ancient Beasts" were impure, their strength was still far greater than that of many of the Demon Race in the current Demon Realm.
