Ch. 261Star Abyss Whisperer

Gabrielle blanketed Elysion with seraph feathers before Hekate moved her into a SpongeBob house. After the Star Abyss weapon and Curse Doll fused into the Star Abyss Whisperer, Hekate met the awakened Curse Witch, Sybill, and brought her to Verz for clothes and a meal.

  • Gabrielle regrew and plucked her feathers to create a magical snowfall across Elysion, prompting Hekate to punish her and Yunrong.
  • Hekate housed Gabrielle beside Yunrong and waited beneath the Flower Court for the Star Abyss weapon and Curse Doll to finish fusing.
  • The fusion produced the Star Abyss Whisperer, whose awakened Curse Witch introduced herself as Sybill and said she had lost many memories.
  • Sybill transformed into her original form, and Hekate took her to Verz to find clothing.
  • Verz welcomed Sybill to eat her fried fish, and Sybill created new clothes after looking over Verz's.

Ch. 262I'll Be the Alliance Leader

Hekate took control of the Creation Mage Alliance and set its members to work restoring the Origin Star’s magic concentration by creating natural matter. She then recruited the Transcendent Mages, defeating Emperor Wu Di when he challenged her, and left the alliance renamed the Revival Alliance.

  • Hekate teleported into the Creation Mage Alliance and demanded that its leader give her his position, then subdued him and the mages who rushed to his aid.
  • Hekate killed a Creation Mage who tortured living beings and told the remaining mages that she would spare them because they had not greatly harmed ordinary people.
  • Hekate announced that magic concentration could return to ancient levels if Creation Mages created natural matter, and the alliance members agreed to help in exchange for the chance to reach the Transcendent Level.
  • Hekate renamed the Mage Alliance the Revival Alliance and ordered it to recruit more mages to help create matter.
  • The Ancient Leader and Dragon King Obu agreed to assist Hekate, but Emperor Wu Di challenged her and was knocked away after severing his connection to the Dragon Vein.

Ch. 263One Becomes Two, Two Become Four

Hekate discussed helping Gelina bring her reforms to the Myrros Empire, while the Curse Witch revealed that she could split into many copies. The Curse Witch returned to wand form so Hekate could take her along, and Hekate prepared to bring Gelina to the empire.

Ch. 264Terrifying Requirements

Hekate disguised herself and helped Gelina take a role in the Revival Alliance’s effort to reform the Myrros Empire, then strengthened the Star of Magic’s recovery by sending a vastly enhanced curse at the Light Cone Federation. After learning that growing the Star Essence Life Tree would require an impossible amount of life force, Hekate turned to the planet’s rapid development and hoped it would accelerate her cultivation.

  • Hekate used Thousand Ghost Transformation to disguise herself, warned Gelina not to reveal her identity, and accompanied her to Revival Alliance headquarters.
  • Hekate made Gelina a Deputy Alliance Leader and appointed her disguised self as Gelina’s secretary, then told the alliance’s managers to help reform the Myrros Empire.
  • Hekate sent an enhanced Heavenly Disdain Curse at the Light Cone Federation and read that the Star of Magic was slowly increasing the world’s Magic Concentration.
  • The Star of Magic told Hekate that an Advanced Life Tree could produce more magic, but Hekate rejected the plan after learning how much life force the Star Essence Life Tree needed to grow.
  • Hekate read reports of reforms, inventions, and Creation Mages producing matter, and concluded that the planet’s development could soon surpass Earth Star’s and boost her cultivation.

Ch. 265Triangles Are Stable

Hekate learned that the Light Cone Federation was being overwhelmed by the Abyss Civilization and the Black Tide Civilization, so she cursed both rival civilizations to turn them against each other. She then learned that Orniss had only three days left to live and promised Betty she could reincarnate him as a Star Essence Elf, while the Federation’s Fate Code identified the mysterious force affecting its enemies as a possible ally.

  • Iluvia told Hekate that planets in the Light Cone Federation had exploded, the Abyss Civilization’s invasion had intensified, and the Black Tide Civilization had taken over 5% of Federation territory.
  • Hekate left the Light Cone Federation alone and cast a Heavenly Disdain Curse on the Black Tide Civilization and the Abyss Civilization, hoping they would fight each other.
  • After learning that Orniss had three days left to live, Betty insisted on spending his final days with him, and Hekate offered to reincarnate him as a Star Essence Elf.
  • The Light Cone Federation’s Fate Code advised its leaders to find the mysterious force affecting their fate and either eliminate it or cooperate with it, noting that the force had also struck the Black Tide Civilization.

Ch. 266Flower Witch's Diary

After Orniss’s funeral, Hekate prepared his soul for reincarnation, listened to Star News, and continued her routine. Meanwhile, the Invisible Witch and Space-Time Witch Moira discovered Star Witch power affecting Abyss Civilization and Black Tide Civilization, and wondered what the Star Witch intended.

  • Betty held Orniss’s funeral and issued a nationwide obituary afterward, while Hekate placed his soul in the Star Essence Life Tree to cultivate a new elf.

  • Hekate opened a Miniature Teleportation Array beside Esther after learning that something from the High Heaven Plane was trying to control her.
  • Hekate entered Esther’s illusion, identified the hideous invader, and cast the Three Thousand Blazing Flame Curse on it.
  • In the Abyss, Anama, the Final Demonic Corpse, burned in the flames and failed to break through the entrance, while the Invisible Witch watched.
  • Esther’s condition improved as Hekate continued the attack, and Li Mengzhi apologized for the invasion.
  • Li Mengzhi asked Hekate how to abandon the High Heaven Plane, and Esther explained that Star Speech could not observe everything Li Mengzhi had created or controlled.

Ch. 268Feeling Like I'm Being Watched

Hekate continued burning three evil gods in the Abyss while training her magic, then met Moira, the Space-Time Witch, in the Transcendent Space. Moira identified Hekate as the Star Witch and questioned her about several curses and her connection to the Despair Witch, while Hekate asked about the Aether Civilization's stance.

  • Hekate assured Li Mengzhi that she could use invading evil gods to train her magic, while Li Mengzhi said they could not control her because of a restriction.
  • Anama failed to break through Hekate's fiery illusion, and Tirnos and Lamashthi joined her after trying to enter it, leaving all three evil gods burning in the Abyss.

When she tried the curse again the next day, Twisted Witch reflected it, and Hekate’s wand repeatedly reflected it back with its power increased fifteenfold each time.

  • Hekate resonated with Death Star and tested Three Thousand Blazing Flame Curse on the three evil gods, killing each one after a hundred seconds.

  • Hekate told Mù Hǎinà that she could meet the Empress after reaching Transcendent Level.

Ch. 274I Didn't Even Make a Move

Mù Hǎinà and Qino both refused to give up their clans’ Life Trees, so Hekate sought other ways to secure them and continued negotiating with Elisa. In the Transcendent Space, the Space-Time Witch and Invisible Witch urged Hekate to kill the sealed Final Witch, but Hekate preferred to keep her imprisoned and learned the Black Tide Civilization was attacking the Light Cone Federation.

  • Mù Hǎinà asked for time to decide about the Tidal Life Tree, and Hekate told Furia to comfort her and not force the Gulf Clan.
  • Hekate asked Elisa whether the Frost Snow Elf Race could settle in Elysion in exchange for its Life Tree, and Elisa told her to get Qino’s agreement.
  • Hekate offered Qino a place to cultivate beyond the Transcendent Level, but he refused to surrender the Frost Snow Life Tree, so Hekate decided she needed an imperial decree.
  • Hekate returned to Elisa’s room, then entered the Transcendent Space the next day and met the Space-Time Witch and the Invisible Witch.
  • The Invisible Witch urged Hekate to kill the sealed Final Witch, but Hekate argued that keeping her sealed was safer because she could be reborn.

After a month of meditation, she destroyed an invading Sha Xun fleet and gained an extra Star Resonance chance, leaving her to consider which Star would best help her fight evil gods and counter the Twisted Witch.

  • Hekate realized the Twisted Witch was reflecting her Three Thousand Blazing Flame Curse and stopped targeting her.
  • The Twisted Witch told the other evil gods that a powerful mage had cursed her and vowed to discover the mage’s identity.
