Chapter Summaries

Roy entered the secret research facility housing the Misaka Network and Last Order, intending to accelerate Aleister’s plan while pursuing his own interest in the Artificial Heaven. He slaughtered the facility’s staff and confronted its director, Amato Tsubasa, who threatened to shoot Lilith.

• Misaka Mikoto and Shokuhou Misaki headed to confront Accelerator together, with Mikoto warning Misaki to flee if they faced danger.
• Roy explained that the facility held the Misaka Network’s command tower and Last Order, and said he had rescued eighteen thousand Sisters to give Aleister a reasonable reason to advance his plan.
