Aunt Mei had just placed the sleeping Lainey on the sofa when she immediately began sniffing the strange odor in the air. Her excitement was instantly replaced by unease.
"That Guy has been here?"
"Yes, Prison Boss came by~ But he wasn't here to see you, Aunt Mei."
Aunt Mei rarely showed a panicked expression, but she did so now. It was clear that she feared that existence as well. Though they were both calamities, there seemed to be an obvious difference between them.
"What did he want with you? Is it because of the private gathering?"
"No~ We only came to buy Dumplings from you. What gathering? He just assigned me a mission. After all, this newly appointed calamity of mine still hasn't shown anything outwardly, so he wanted to use this opportunity to test my abilities."
