Inside the dim, lightless theater,
Creak, creak~
Through his perfect control of the Cancer Cells, Yate renewed his entire body and reached his best condition before the performance began. He could even see faint images of several Papal Ribbons, the Stairway to Heaven, and a Sacred Cross emerging behind him.
Because William had left temporarily, and the blood people still had not been admitted, he was feeling rather bored.
So he reclined in his chair, blowing up a Head Balloon with his mouth... Pop! After blowing it up, he took out another balloon and continued. The process was completely random. If he was lucky, he might pull out a glittering Golden Brain or a balloon with a unique cerebral illness. Blowing those up was quite entertaining.
After blowing up about eleven balloons,
The connecting door in the theater corridor opened, and an aura Yate had never encountered before flowed out from within.
It was different from every Sick One of the Old World.
This aura held no vitality, yet it did not radiate Death Aura like those infected by the death plague. Instead, it existed in a state somewhere between nothingness and being.
"A tiny human settlement has actually given birth to such an interesting fellow... And his eyes have been gouged out, too. Is he a special corpse accomplished in an incomplete state?"
Yate was clearly interested. He waved his hand at a fixed rhythm to greet the other party.
"Hello." Zede used an extremely standard greeting.
"Hello!"
Yate gave the same response, only his voice was much more sonorous. Then he abruptly rose to his feet as if spring-loaded, revealing a mouthful of yellow teeth and a broad grin as he faced Zede.
Yate slowly extended his right hand, which wore a red glove, to show his friendliness.
