Unlike the doors connecting different worlds, this passage was essentially a form of "absolute authority" belonging to the Prime Material Plane.
Any world that had signed a contract with the Prime Material Plane was required to allow the Prime Material Plane to unilaterally open a rapid passage to another world in times of crisis.
By locating the wearer's exact coordinates through the signal from the wristband, they could forcibly open a narrow passage for only one person to pass through in a short period of time.
Each passage could remain open for anywhere from one to twelve hours, and could only be opened once a month.
Among them, electrical signals were the most common medium for such passages. Devices like landline telephones—simple communication tools with no other functions—naturally became the first choice for an "Emergency Passage."
