William, having obtained the answer of "Fear," went straight back to the Magic House.
"Catherine!"
"Why are you shouting so loudly? You startled me~"
"I need your help!"
"What do you need help with this time? Haven't you gone to Uncle Gian yet?"
"After I return from Gian's and enter the dream later, help me directly create the perfect dream I once had about the Orphanage.
"If possible, Catherine, I'd like you to participate too. Follow me and experience this Root Fear from my childhood."
Catherine immediately recalled their conversation in the Aquarium Room. "You want me to become the twin-tailed girl 'Yi Chen' mentioned?"
"If you're willing, of course."
"Alright~ I was wondering which Nightmare Room to visit tonight. Since that's the case, let's use your past memories as the basis. I want to see what made you, William, develop your original Root Fear."
And so, the month before the Demon Feast was packed to the brim, leaving almost no time for rest.
The first half of the month mainly consisted of Abyss adaptation and experiencing fear,
William went to Mr. Gian's office early every day. A few times, Mr. Gian had only just gotten up and was showering in the bathroom, so to avoid wasting time, they simply stared at each other in the bathroom.
After completing an hour of Abyss experience, William fell back into his room through spatial magic, where Catherine helped him enter the dream.
The two of them took on the roles of "Young Yi Chen" and "Young Yuxin." Their memories were erased beforehand, allowing them to completely assume the identities of children and reexperience life in the Orphanage.
When the dream on the first day ended,
Catherine suddenly sat up, her back drenched in sweat. For a moment, she could barely speak coherently.
