"Do you really have 20 billion to invest?" Allen's tiny eyes went wide. He still couldn't believe it. That loser who had practically grown up alongside him now had 20 billion, while he was still stuck guarding this place.
"Twenty billion is the minimum."
"If you can put up 20 billion, you can get another 10 billion in subsidies from above. Of course, you know that." Allen gave Yang Bo a look that said he understood.
Don't let Allen being fat fool you—he was quite strong too, roughly A-rank. His intelligence, however, wasn't much to speak of.
He was the classic case of well-developed limbs and a simple mind, though he did come from a good family.

"No one would dare cheat you." Allen chuckled at that.
"Since you're stuck in this dump, I won't make trouble. If it were someone else, I'd tear this place down," Yang Bo said.
"I heard the Noble Council conference this time is going to propose raising taxes."
"Who the fuck dares propose that? Whoever proposes it, I'll beat the shit out of them." Yang Bo responded crudely. Bart already had a bad reputation among the nobility.
"I think your idea is great too. How about we spread the word first? Anyone who dares suggest higher taxes, we challenge them to a duel. We're no good at arguing, but when it comes to throwing hands, we brothers have never feared anyone." Allen nodded.
"We'll talk later. I'm heading back first. I'll treat you to a good time in a couple days."
"You fucking have 20 billion now. We have to go to Paradise Island."
"Fine, fine!" The two talked as they walked out.
"Also, Vite Island is holding a masked ball the day
