Sandy's blond hair looked like a mess, while Lord, who had brown hair, had shaved his head bald—supposedly because of parasites. Together with Yang Bo and Su Wei, the four of them arrived at the festival setup site.

As the head of the East District Sheriff's Office, Locke normally did not come to places like this.

Yang Bo and the others had come to inspect the site.

The riverbank had already been cleared, and quite a few wooden platforms and crude thatched sheds had been put up.

Several tall watchtowers were under construction. They stood around eight or nine meters high and were made entirely of thick logs.

Looking at the crude watchtowers, Yang Bo felt a little nervous.

Yang Bo directly tapped the wood of an Arrow Tower twice with the sword in his hand.

From the vibrations in the sound, Yang Bo could tell that the foundations were not deep enough.

He was not in charge of construction, but if anything happened after someone climbed up there and the entire Arrow Tower collapsed, the people on top would be lucky to survive without serious injuries.

"Who's in charge here?" Yang Bo shouted.

"What do you need?" Yang Bo's group was wearing City Guard uniforms, so they had long since drawn attention.

"The four pillars of this Arrow Tower aren't buried deep enough. Tear it down and do it again!" Yang Bo said viciously, casually swinging the longsword in his hand.

"Yes, yes!" The middle-aged man in charge of the construction did not dare explain or argue when he saw this.

He hurriedly told the others to lower the erected pillars and start digging a pit again.

Yang Bo had worked on plenty of construction sites in his previous life. This was basically the same as installing utility poles.
