"Sigh!" Ning Li You let out a complicated sigh. Ning Xue had said she had one billion in spending money.

Of course, Ning Xue had kept something back. She did not say she had won it through betting, only that she had one billion to spend however she wanted.

Although the Ning Family had more than ten billion, that was the total value of all their assets. Most of it consisted of properties and other businesses; their actual liquid funds did not even amount to one billion.
