She also brought back a set of toiletries and some pots, bowls, and utensils, all taken from the First-Class cabins aboard that Interstellar Spaceship.
That Interstellar Spaceship had originally been used for passenger interstellar travel, so it was fully equipped with such necessities.
After it fell into Zerg hands, the Mid-Rank Insectoids had only lingered in the Cockpit, while the Low-Rank Zerg Nest Builder had remained in the Cargo Hold at the bottom.

She installed the bed in the largest room in the middle of Diwu.
