When she saw who it was, she sneered. "Nophis, what business is it of yours if I smash my own things?"
"Also, don't call me Broud! I'm not that ugly thing!"
"I'm Wenren Zhao! Wenren Zhao from the future, reborn into this godforsaken era!"
Nophis wore an extremely fitted blue military uniform. As he strolled over, his narrow waist, long legs, and inverted-triangle back cut an especially striking figure.
His skin was so pale that there was not a trace of blood in it, nor the slightest blemish, as if he were a human form carved from ice and snow.
Even the hair beneath his Duckbill Cap was silver-white.
He slowly walked over, stopped beside Wenren Zhao, and smiled faintly. "Broud, you're dreaming again."
"This time, did you dream of a young girl named Wenren Zhao who came from the future and was reborn in this era?"
The disgust and impatience on Wenren Zhao's face were barely concealed.
She quickly moved a large step away and said, "Stay away from me. I don't want to be contaminated by your Zerg's Gene Fragments. Even if you're a High-Rank Insectoid, your genes are still pollutants."
This Nophis was one of the three High-Rank Insectoids.
Wenren Zhao's disdainful tone made a shadow flash through Nophis's eyes, but he still maintained a courteous appearance. "Broud, that's not right."
"We're allies on the same side. You can't abandon our alliance."
With a swish, Wenren Zhao snapped her Folding Fan shut and said coldly, "I never cooperated with you. You forced me into all of this!"
"If you hadn't forced me, how could I... how could I have failed to protect the person I loved most!"
Nophis flashed a brilliant smile. "Broud, get out here already! I can't stand this idiot
