After questioning him briefly, Lei Zhenzi learned that the man was called Zhu Tianlin. Before the words fell, fists and feet were already upon him. His wings snapped open, wind and thunder exploded, and he soared into the sky. His golden staff came smashing down over Zhu Tianlin's head with the momentum of thunder. Just as Lei Zhenzi was about to pursue, Zhu Tianlin flicked his sword back and pointed. Gray mist erupted forth, carrying a stench that stabbed the nose. Lei Zhenzi took only one mouthful, and his mind grew heavy, his wings lost balance, and he crashed to the ground. Staggering and stumbling, he slammed into Xiqi City and rushed straight for the Chancellor's residence.
Jiang Ziya examined him closely for half a moment but found no clue. He could only order his men to carry him to the rear chambers and settle him there for the time being.
Dragon-Bearded Tiger went out of the city on patrol when he suddenly saw a daoist running wildly toward him: his face was purple-blue, his hair stiff as needles, a fish-tail golden crown
