Everyone looked up, only to see the sky full of blazing flames suddenly draw together. Buddha Light burst through the fire, dyeing the entire Lunar Star in an instant. Sanskrit chants surged like tides, rippling outward layer upon layer from the depths of the void. Within the light sat a buddha upon a lotus platform suspended in the air, prayer beads in hand. Like swords cleaving chaos apart, they carried killing intent so impenetrably thick it could not be dissolved. "Hou Yi, do you still recognize me?"
Hou Yi raised a brow, suspicion written across his face. His gaze passed over the fiercely burning Solar True Fire wheel behind the other man's head, and he suddenly bared his teeth in a grin, every bit of it dripping with mockery. "Heh... so it's you. The brat hatched from Di Jun's old crow—how dare you come knocking at my door?
