The second was to find the surviving Namekian, Monaito, who was hidden on that planet.
After all, the two Dragon Balls he had created were, in this era, in a sense more powerful than the Namekian Dragon Balls, aside from the Super Dragon Balls scattered across Universe 6 and the Seventh Universe.
The only annoying thing was that while those two Dragon Balls were powerful, they had a fatal flaw: after every wish, the wisher had to pay a corresponding price based on the content of the wish.
