The seventy-first layer of the Abyss—the Crimson Mountain Range.
Upon the dark red earth blanketed in vegetation like spilled blood, a pale yellow teleportation gate suddenly tore open space, rapidly expanding and stabilizing.
A group of tall, burly Rabbit Race members with fleshy faces slowly emerged from the gate.
Unlike ordinary rabbits, these rabbits wore bright red kasayas. The fur atop their heads had been shaved completely clean, leaving burn marks, and prayer beads hung from their hands.
If not for the flashes of cruelty and fanaticism that occasionally flickered through their scarlet eyes, anyone would have mistaken them for enlightened high monks.
"Where is everyone!? Where the hell did they all die off to!? Get your asses out here! Don't piss off this Buddha, or I'll smash this damned place with a Buddha Light Illumination!"
The leading rabbit shook the fat on his belly, looked around, and shouted harshly.
"B-Big Brother, this is the Abyss. There was nobody here to begin with. We came here to establish a stable teleportation point," a rabbit monk behind him reminded him cautiously.
"The Abyss?" The leading rabbit monk stepped out of the teleportation gate and grabbed a handful of blood-soaked mud from the ground. "The soil here is rich. Grass would definitely grow fast if planted here!"
Though they could not find anyone, the fertile earth saturated with blood pleased the rabbit monks greatly. They would not even need to kill living beings themselves to water the soil with blood.
"Big Brother, we should first find some living creatures we can preach to. The Dharma King's orders are more important," the rabbit monk behind him quietly reminded him again.
"Mm, you're right. But this damned place seems to have something suppressing us. I feel damned uncomfortable all over." The leading rabbit monk
