"Don't get too carried away. It won't be fun if you capsize." Lu Sheng couldn't help reminding him.
"It's fine, it's fine. I'm an old captain—my boating skills are first-rate! If it were just that girl from before, I could've made do. She was just coquettish, and her poses were pretty good. But her looks and figure were a little lacking.
"This time, I picked up an absolute gem! Her figure, face, and skin are all absolutely top-tier!" Andy gave a thumbs-up.
"I'm only creating this opportunity for you because you're my blood brother. If it were anyone else, heh heh."
"Not interested. Have fun by yourself." Lu Sheng shook his head. "I still have to attend the Special Topic Meeting tonight, and afterward I need to study the new codex theories I found in the library."
"What about tomorrow?" Andy refused to give up, determined to drag Lu Sheng into it.
"I made plans to study with someone tomorrow. I have a lot to do, so enjoy yourself and stop bothering me." Lu Sheng waved him off.
"Fine, fine." Andy was helpless. He often wanted to be as devoted to studying as Lu Sheng, but every time, he gave up automatically before lasting a week and sank back into wine and women, unable to pull himself free.
Sometimes, he wondered whether this was simply a person's fate. Maybe he just wasn't born to study. Otherwise, why would heaven send someone as terrifyingly studious as Jack to his side?
"All right, then. See you tomorrow." Andy patted Lu Sheng's shoulder. "You've missed a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Seriously."
Lu Sheng watched speechlessly as he turned around with a carefree, dashing air and strode away.
He turned as well and headed back toward the dormitory. He needed to pick up some textbooks and
