Fors suddenly woke from her sleep. Outside, the Crimson Moon was growing redder and redder, and the whispering in her ears seemed as though it would appear any moment.
Fors took two seconds to fully wake herself up, then immediately straightened her nightclothes and prepared to pray to The Fool. "The one who does not belong to..."
Then she suddenly remembered that she had promised Hobart she would conduct an experiment.
Fors cleared her throat. "O Creator in the Shadow of Order;
"You are the source and end of all order; you are the Master of Laws who commands the Clock of Order! (Note) ..."
As she prayed, Fors could already faintly hear whispers like hushed murmurs. She knew that this Blood Moon was about to form.
Within the Country of Disorder, Hobart sat upright upon the Iron Throne. Seeing an unfamiliar star appear in the pool before him, he extended his spirituality toward it. It was indeed Fors.
After establishing a connection with Fors, Hobart followed their rehearsal and first distorted Fors's hearing, preventing her from hearing the whispers.
However, simply blocking the recipient's hearing did not seem particularly effective. Hobart immediately used Chaos, throwing the space around Fors into disorder to isolate her from the Blood Moon in the real world.
This method seemed to have some effect, yet Fors still frowned slightly. It was probably only somewhat effective, as she could still hear some whispers.
Hobart drew a deep breath, somewhat regretting conducting this experiment with Fors.
If he had been conducting the experiment with someone else, he could have taken his time thinking of another solution.
