Hobart decided to test him. "I think I understand. The person you mentioned wants to defeat the evil, bloodthirsty personality he used to have, right?"

The other party shifted excitedly in his seat. "Your description is very accurate. What method should we use to solve this problem?"

"Before that, let's discuss the payment first," Hobart said.

The other party said, "How about 120 Pounds in cash?"

Xue's eyes went wide. They could earn more than a hundred pounds just like that? Just now, she had seen someone selling a Sheriff Potion Recipe for 450 Pounds! The commissions she completed with Hobart could bring in a handsome sum, but they still were not enough for 450 Pounds.

The other party nodded, pausing for a second or two before saying, "Your price is too high. My bottom line is 150 Pounds, while the Pharmacist Potion Recipe is worth at least 230 Pounds."

"Perhaps we can conduct a three-party transaction," Glelint suddenly said. "I will pay Mr. Hobart 150 Pounds in cash, then pay you another 100 Pounds in cash. You will give me the Pharmacist Potion Recipe.

"This would mean that I spend 250 Pounds to purchase the recipe, while the two of you receive 150 Pounds as payment and 100 Pounds in cash as compensation respectively.

"Then you can conduct your own transaction, and none of us will owe anyone anything."

The other party rose to his feet. "You are a generous and trustworthy Gentleman!"

Once the transaction ended, Hobart and the other four left the gathering and entered Viscount Glynt's carriage. Only then could Xue not help reminding Hobart, "Aren't you afraid that Bishop Utra-whatever-sky will refuse to honor the debt?"

Hobart smiled. "The Bishop may run, but the church cannot. If he refuses to pay, I will sell off the things in his church to settle the debt."
