Hobart no longer kept track of Extraordinary Characteristics below the demigod level. Whenever he made offerings to the Country of Disorder, he would usually just toss them onto the Stone Platform.

When he needed one, he could simply rummage through them. In any case, Hobart's spirituality was now extremely sensitive. Even if he had not catalogued the Extraordinary Characteristics, his spirituality would certainly offer some hints when he needed one, and he could search the Country of Disorder then.
