Background / History

Two Tails first encountered Jiang Xiao in the Snowy Plains, rescuing him while he was incapacitated and fighting a powerful mercenary. She used overwhelming close-quarters combat, earth- and lava-based techniques, and ultimately survived a self-detonation with Jiang Xiao's aid. Jiang Xiao protected and healed her through the aftermath, establishing the basis of their partnership 89 90 91 93.

She revealed herself as Han Cheng's daughter and offered Jiang Xiao a place in her unit. During the Snowy Plains conflict, she led assaults against mercenary formations and fought alongside Night Watch personnel to protect the Holy Ruins 93 99 100.

Two Tails was a member of the elite Light Chasing Group, whose specialized squads held informal seniority over ordinary Night Watch teams. She later relinquished her Light Chaser identity and returned to duty as a Night Watcher in the Snowy Plains, refusing to rebuild her team with members assigned by her superiors 110 219 1183.

She nevertheless trained Jiang Xiao as her disciple, directing him toward body training, dagger work, and unarmed combat. Jiang Xiao was eventually formally designated Nine Tails within her Tail Feather Team 163 353 354.

After rebuilding the Tail Feather Group, Two Tails recruited elite personnel including Sun Da Sheng and Fu Hei, intending to form a vanguard force capable of breaking enemy defensive lines 637.
