Taking a short leave.
I wasn't feeling too well, seemed like I had a bit of a temperature. I wanted to rest for a while, but then I accidentally fell asleep and overslept. So I'm taking a short leave to recover before getting back to writing. This chapter will be on leave until midnight tonight.
Also, I've been giving a small matter some thought.
For the Pokémon Sakaki sent this time, I actually have a few choices I'm torn over.
First, Tyranitar.
Longtime readers all know that Tyranitar is one of my favorite Pokémon. I'd already been writing it back in "Darkness," though it didn't appear in "Bottom." Now, it has become a good choice for covering type gaps.
The only issue is... those who know, know. All I can say is that I'm confident I can write it well.
Second, Ursaluna.
Ursaluna is one of the Pokémon I use relatively often in battles, so I understand its traits quite well. It can also serve as a land mount. Teddiursa and Ursaring both have plenty of potential for writing and are fun to read about, too.
The problem: there's already a bear.
Third, Snorlax.
There's no need to say how fun Snorlax is. If I write one, it would definitely eat the protagonist into bankruptcy. But just thinking about being able to lie on Snorlax's belly and sleep feels so good~~ The problem: it eats way too much, and it kind of counts as a bear too.
Fourth, everyone can give me some suggestions.
The general direction and requirements: the team needs either a lovable dummy or a little tsundere. Something to cover type blind spots, or something with a particularly distinctive trait, could all be considered.
Lastly... this old pigeon is going to rest. I'm a little dizzy.
