That night.
In a room at the Small Inn, Anvis sat cross-legged on the bed, quietly meditating.
Clear silver-purple moonlight shrouded his body like water, subtly nourishing his spirit.
Somehow, Anvis suddenly saw a blurry scene.
Within a pitch-black dungeon, a semi-transparent figure dressed in natural clothing was completely wrapped in countless twisting, writhing pink Tentacles.
The figure's face was extremely blurry, impossible to make out clearly.
Logically speaking, from his perspective, he should not have been able to see the figure completely enveloped within.
But Anvis simply had a feeling.

The image quickly faded away, replaced by another scene.
Unlike the dreamlike, illusory sensation of the first scene, the second was far clearer, carrying a faint chill that felt somewhat familiar.

At the top of the Altar sat a rectangular stone platform, upon which the vacant-eyed sacrificial maiden lay on her back.
A figure dressed in dark green priestly robes stood beside the platform, holding a strange Ritual Dagger as though waiting for a certain moment to arrive.
Behind the platform, a smooth, faceless female God Statue emitted a bewitching purple radiance that enveloped everything atop the Altar.
The lifelike, twisted Tentacles carved into it appeared increasingly frenzied beneath that glow, as though they were about to break free of the stone's restraints and truly come alive.
Behind the God Statue, in the darkest corner of the entire cave, some indistinct thing existed.
But when Anvis tried to "see" it more clearly, the darkness seemed
