"Hey, Anvis, are you still using those Outsiders for work? How's it going?"
Harvey did not know what Anvis was thinking. The main reason he had come to see Anvis this time was curiosity about the results of Anvis's earlier Outsider pilot program.
Recently, word had spread that Anvis had set aside an entire provincial territory and handed its development over entirely to those Outsiders.
While many scholars of Outsider Studies had yet to figure out how to stop Outsiders from betraying their employers, Anvis had already come up with something new.
"Those Outsiders..."
At the mention of this, Anvis wore a somewhat strange expression.
How should he put it? They were pretty competitive. More and more of them had recently been spending money to activate advanced AFK mode.
Especially after he had appeared in person and generously awarded treasures such as Orange Legend Equipment, Arcane Golem design blueprints, and Master Quality Moonlight Spring potions to the several dozen Players with the highest construction contribution, the Players' enthusiasm had surged to unprecedented heights.
Gradually, merely going AFK was no longer enough for certain hardcore grinders. Some even bought Minor Energy Potions every day, downing them directly whenever their energy became overly depleted.
Of course, they were not doing it solely to climb the rankings and claim rewards. The Experience Points Players gained from all kinds of construction and production tasks were directly tied to how hard they worked.
For hardcore leveling addicts, it merely meant replacing AFK monster grinding for Experience Points with AFK work grinding for Experience Points. Taking potions was perfectly normal.
But although Anvis understood the Players' motives, from his perspective, the behavior remained rather difficult to describe.
Not only did they work during the day, but even after falling asleep at night, they were still working!
