Leading a group of Third and Fourth Rank Spellcasters, the Thirteenth Prince gave Anvis a slight bow, his manner impeccable.

As agreed, those Low-Rank and mid-rank Spellcasters willing to become the Thirteenth Prince's guests could obtain two spells matching their own rank from Frost Lake City's treasury free of charge, as well as receive a week of Anvis's personal instruction.

After the instruction ended, they would have one chance each month to visit Anvis and ask him to resolve their doubts. This also counted as one of Frost Lake City's current faction benefits.

"It is my duty, Your Highness."

With a smiling expression, Anvis accepted this new batch of 'students' and nodded, his gaze passing over the many Spellcasters one by one.

There were fourteen Spellcasters in total, twelve of whom had Panels.

Clearly, it was far more difficult for true Natives to become Spellcasters than for Players.

"Now then, everyone, follow me. This time, I'll teach you techniques for condensing Spiritual Power, as well as the secrets to advancing from Third Rank to Fourth Rank, and breaking through to Fifth Rank..."

Retracting his gaze, Anvis led them into the Elemental Stone Tower where he lived day to day.

The reason it was not a Magic Tower was that the Thirteenth Prince was simply too poor. After barely managing to construct a Magic Energy Elemental Pool, he no longer had the funds to continue. There were no supporting facilities whatsoever, such as a core Tower Spirit or defensive Magic Arrays.

At times, Anvis had considered paying for it himself, but his identity made that inconvenient, so he could only leave things in this awkward state for now.
