The Fox Demon let out a furious roar. A radiant folding fan appeared in his hand, and with one fierce wave, vast waves of air—mighty as the sea—whipped up sand and dust and surged forth, crashing into the terrifying blast of air produced when the Bull Demon stomped one foot down.
For a moment, the scene reached a stalemate.
Seeing this, Ghost Lord was delighted. If I don't run now, when will I?
With that thought, Ghost Lord turned and fled into the void.
"That brat's running!" the Fox Demon shouted when he saw this.
The Bull Demon sneered. "A First-Rank True Immortal can't run far. Once I take you down, I'll go break that brat's legs!"
As soon as he finished speaking, the two demons clashed.
The more they fought, the more alarmed the Bull Demon became.
With that folding fan in hand, the Fox Demon had actually left him completely helpless!
"Are we still fighting? That human brat has already gotten far away!" the Fox Demon shouted angrily.
Is this bull's brain stuffed with tofu?
He's so stupid it's coming out of his ass!
"Who told you to hide your strength all the time? If I could kill you with one punch, how far could that brat have run?" the Bull Demon roared. "Besides, if I'd known I couldn't take you down quickly, would I have attacked you?"
"So I deserved to get killed by one punch of yours, huh?" After hearing the Bull Demon's words, the Fox Demon cursed furiously.
"We'll settle our score after we catch that brat!" The Bull Demon snorted, then cast a cold glance in the direction Ghost Lord had fled.
Humans really were as shrewd as the rumors claimed. He was so clever, yet that brat had still managed to escape.
