Sunken Moon had taken a nap.
When he woke up, he felt as if the sky had collapsed.
Because he saw Li Zhōujūn roasting a chicken by the lake, its aroma wafting irresistibly through the air.
"My heavens!"
Sunken Moon cupped his little hands over his face, his expression full of horror.
"What have you done?!" Sunken Moon dashed over to Li Zhōujūn, pointed at the fire over which the chicken was roasting, and demanded.
"Roasting a chicken?" Li Zhōujūn asked in confusion. "Want a bite when it's done?"
"Do you know who lives north of Sunken Moon Valley?" Sunken Moon looked as if he were about to cry.
"I, Li Mou, have not provoked anyone. I only roasted a chicken. Why are you so panicked?" Li Zhōujūn asked with a smile.
"Old Mother Angshan lives north of Sunken Moon Valley! Her true form is a black old hen. You're roasting a chicken here—aren't you practically casting an ultimate move right in her face?!" Sunken Moon was practically shattering.
Li Zhōujūn was stunned. "There's such a thing?"
Just then, a black feather, as sharp as an arrow, flew over from north of Sunken Moon Valley. It tore through the night sky and soundlessly shot toward Li Zhōujūn's back.
However, the feather was caught by an aged palm in the void.
The one who had acted was naturally the Virtual-Real Sage.
"Virtual-Real Sage! How dare you stop me?!"
A furious shout rang out from north of Sunken Moon Valley.
Li Zhōujūn and Sunken Moon both looked toward the source of the voice.
They saw an old woman in a black robe who had appeared nearby at some unknown point.
"Old Mother Angshan, he isn't someone you can touch."
The Virtual-Real Sage stepped out of the void.
Li Zhōujūn was rather surprised
