The Tianyi Pavilion of Tianqing Domain began recruiting in Yingyun City after Li Zhōujūn left the city.
Huangfu Shuyun stood atop the raised platform in Yingyun City's square and swept out her wide sleeve.
A stone stele appeared atop the platform.
Huangfu Shuyun looked at the crowd in the square and said, "Cultivation aptitudes are divided from low to high into inferior, mediocre, superior, ultimate, and saint-grade.
"The minimum requirement to become a Patrolling Envoy of my Tianyi Pavilion is the Great Origin Master Realm.
"Great Origin Masters with superior-grade aptitude may return with me to Tianyi Pavilion for a background investigation. Once the investigation is cleared, they may become Patrolling Envoys of my Tianyi Pavilion.
"Place your hands upon the stele. If it flashes once, your aptitude is inferior; twice, mediocre; three times, superior; four times, ultimate; and five times, saint-grade. This test examines aptitude alone and has nothing to do with cultivation.

Although Huangfu Shuyun was Huangfu Yixin's younger sister, she still addressed her by her official title whenever they discussed official business.
