Spreading open the latest newspaper and seeing the front-page headline, Gregorovitch muttered instinctively.

Someone else had died.

Every few days lately, Gregorovitch would see news of another murder in the headlines.

All signs pointed to one person.

The infamous Voldemort.

The Ministries of Magic in every country had collectively gone blind, too afraid to provoke that notorious fiend.

Gregorovitch picked up the wand he had just finished from the table. After carefully wiping it clean with a fresh cloth, he cautiously placed it inside a long case.

Though he did not feel as free as before, he could still do the things he liked.

"What a rare occasion. He actually has time to visit an old man like me." Gregorovitch placed the wand case into the wooden cabinet beside him, which held the wands he had made while hiding in the shelter.

Just as he shut the cabinet door, emerald-green flames suddenly rose in the fireplace, and a figure stepped out of them.

After patting down his cloak and shaking off the dust, the young wizard flicked a finger at the ashes on the floor, sending a breeze to sweep them back into the fireplace.
