After the Temporary Meeting ended, Harry and the others, sensing the strange atmosphere, took some pies and Butterbeer back to their room to celebrate. No matter what, thwarting the Death Eaters' scheme once again counted as a great victory.
"Why do you think Moody was so wary of Albert?"
As Ron spoke, he stole a glance at Hermione and picked up a pie from the plate in his hands.
"I don't know."
Harry did not care about it.
"I think his worries are unnecessary. What bad intentions could Albert possibly have? He just wants to defeat Lord Voldemort, that's all." Hermione accepted the pie Ron handed her, thanked him, then took out her wand and conjured several goblets out of thin air, filling each of them with Butterbeer.
"Maybe Moody knows something, or perhaps Dumbledore told him something?" Ron guessed after taking a sip of Butterbeer.
"Just eat your pie!"
Ginny picked up a pie from the plate, practically ready to stuff it straight into Ron's mouth to make him shut up.
"There's always a reason for everything." Ron took a vicious bite out of the cold pie. "It's rare to see Moody so prejudiced."
"What's wrong, Harry?"
Ginny ignored Ron's words. Most of her attention was on the silent Harry.
"Nothing. I just think my progress with Fiendfyre is too slow!"
