Ding-dong! Ding-dong! On a deserted street on a snowy night in the depths of winter, a burst of urgent doorbell ringing suddenly broke the silence.
Not long after the doorbell rang, there was movement inside the house. Cats meowed and scratched at doors from time to time, and the owner of the house was awakened by the urgent ringing.
"Who is it, at this hour?"
Wearing a nightgown and wrapped in a thick cloak, Mrs. Figg cautiously peered through the peephole. Only after hearing a familiar voice outside did she open the door, staring in confusion at the Order of the Phoenix members standing on her doorstep.
"Sorry to come to you at this hour, but that idiot Mundungus was captured by Death Eaters. We can't be sure how many secrets he'll reveal to them, so we all agreed that this place is no longer safe. We're planning to move you somewhere secure tonight." Hestia stepped forward, trying to explain the situation to Mrs. Figg.
Mrs. Figg looked somewhat lost and at a loss.
"Mrs. Figg, we'd better leave as soon as possible."
Harry dispelled his disguise and appeared out of thin air. He said to the dumbfounded Mrs. Figg, "If you have any questions, we can explain everything slowly once we get somewhere safe."
"Harry, you... I understand, but I can't leave my cats here!" Though Mrs. Figg did not know what had happened, Harry's appearance made her realize that this place might no longer be safe. She turned and went back inside to pack, intending to take all her pet cats with her.
Mrs. Figg could not leave the Little Cute Ones behind, or they would soon starve to death.
"We'll help her."
