Watching Kingsley commandeer the podium and tell everyone about Britain's werewolf plan, Albert felt that something was off. Kingsley probably had some ulterior motive for doing that.
But what exactly was Kingsley's goal? And what did it have to do with someone like him, who was about to leave Britain on a long journey?
So Albert could not be bothered to guess.
Besides, Kingsley might not want anyone to know what he was planning.
Everyone had their own little secrets, didn't they?
Like most of those who had no interest in the matter, Albert silently sat in his seat, lost in thought as he patiently waited for the meeting to end. He had no sense of involvement whatsoever.
Kingsley's speech and his plan naturally failed to persuade everyone present, but they still won him quite a few supporters.
After all, werewolf attacks had always been a headache for Ministries of Magic everywhere. Most of the time, however, they could only pretend not to see or know about them. Unless large numbers of people were attacked by werewolves and the entire wizarding world was alarmed, even when werewolf attacks did occur, the Ministry of Magic usually preferred to deal with those who had been bitten.
After all, once someone was bitten by a werewolf, they would become one too. Registering and managing them was much easier than dealing with wild werewolves, and it could even count as an achievement.
What Kingsley said onstage today, along with the werewolf plan currently being implemented by the British Ministry of Magic, undoubtedly gave everyone a new direction. It also made most people realize that if they truly wanted to solve the werewolf problem, they had to be ruthless. Expecting werewolves to obediently submit to the Ministry
