Since the real owner, Thursday, would not return to the Porcelain Capital until the early hours of the morning, the three of them had spent the past few days visiting the various ceramic research institutes in the city. Visiting was easy enough, but buying their technology was another matter. Chu Chen had tried every possible way to persuade them, yet gained very little. Early Thursday morning, the seller Ning Yi's friend had mentioned called. He said the real owner had returned and asked Chu Chen to meet him at his shop, where he would then take Chu Chen over to see him.
After hanging up, the three of them hurried to the hotel restaurant for breakfast. Then Hu Yong drove them out.
The seller's shop was located in the same antique market Chu Chen had visited the first time he came to the Porcelain Capital. However, since it was Thursday, there were few stalls and even fewer people in the market. Chu Chen and the others went straight toward the shop.
As they neared the shop, Chu Chen suddenly heard a heated argument coming from an antique store ahead. After listening for a few moments, he roughly figured out what had happened. A customer wanted to sell something, but the shopkeeper had offered him a pitifully low price, infuriating him and leading to the argument.
That shop happened to lie along their route. As Chu Chen passed by, he glanced inside and found it rather coincidental that the shopkeeper was none other than the "blind man" who could see, Shopkeeper Wang, whom he had met that day.
