Who would have thought that the technique for solidifying Vital Energy, while simple in theory, would be genuinely difficult to put into practice...

Within the Internal Vision State, Luo Jun continually adjusted himself. Yet even when he followed the method described in the middle section exactly, guiding his Vital Energy through attempt after attempt, he still could not find the trick to it.

Granted, Luo Jun had encountered plenty of difficulties while practicing the previous chapter, and he had needed to rely on the dice several times to get through them. But this time felt completely different. Throughout the entire cultivation process, there was always an indescribable sense of discord. Even if he wanted to use the dice, he could not pinpoint the right moment. It felt as though what he was cultivating was fundamentally not the same thing as what the handbook described!

Could I have misunderstood something?

But that was not entirely bad news. The more severe the discomfort became, the more obvious the problem would be. Once the target was clear enough, the dice would have room to work!

With that thought, Luo Jun accelerated the circulation of his Vital Energy. Again and again, cycle after cycle... At last, after who knew how many circulations, that discordant feeling became clear!

Good. As long as the problem revealed itself, it could be
